Always-On Reliability & Free-Access Groundwork

New Features

  • •Behind the scenes, PingLearn now watches itself around the clock from two locations and alerts us within minutes if anything goes wrong — so problems get fixed faster, often before you notice them
  • •Groundwork is in place for a 30-day free-access period for new accounts: you'll see how many days remain, with a friendly heads-up as the period nears its end (not switched on yet — everything stays free for now)
  • •The iPhone and Android apps gained the same free-access screens, so the experience will match across web and mobile when the period begins

  • •Faster, more reliable page loads and quicker recovery if a background service has a brief hiccup

Parent Sessions View, School Roster Tools & Company Transparency

New Features

  • •Parents: a new Sessions page lists every tutoring session for the child you're viewing — open any session for its full summary
  • •Parents: "Ask Priya" now opens the chat for the child you have selected, and your child context follows you across the dashboard, sessions, and chat
  • •School admins: the People tab now shows your full student roster with consent status, guardians, and invitations — plus a printable login-slip export for handing out student credentials

  • •Who we are, on every legal page: PingLearn is a product of ThriveCraft AI Private Limited — company details, CIN, registered address, and a grievance contact now appear on Privacy, Terms, and About
  • •Home screen cards now show your real learning streak and today's notes — no more placeholder numbers
  • •Copy cleaned up across the site: accurate claims, Classes 6–12 everywhere, India's DPDP Act referenced correctly
  • •Better dark-mode contrast on consent and onboarding screens

  • •When a school adds a student who already learns with PingLearn at home, the parent now gets a clear in-app request to confirm the link — and your child's private tutoring history stays separate

DPDP Act Compliance Update
